Meet at Pheasantry
[1] Walk south from café to swing gate (100mts)
Walk south along gravel path until the path turns, keep going south on grass until it meets a mound and a stream (Longford) (550mts)
Turn east (right) and follow stream until it meets a bridge (1km)
This is aprox 1mile marker
Turn left over the bridge following the fence on your right. (150mts)
Enter swing gate into ‘Woodland’ walk diagonally across grassy area to you meet a path (150mts)
Follow the path to your left (This path meanders in all directions, follow the leader to prevent getting lost) until you come to a lake with Water Lilly’s. (200mts)
Follow around the lake to your right, past a Totem pole, and follow the path along the stream feeding the lake until the path opens out where the stream turns left. (350mts)
Walk straight through the trees following a hard mud path, (200mts) this should bring you out to a gate and a path (DON’T GO THROUGH IT) follow the gravel path (right) which will take you back towards the lake (500mts)
As you near the lake a stream goes under the path with a path to the left, take the path and follow it to a swing gate. (150mts)
Go through the gate and cross directly to the gate opposite this leads back into the Pheasantry. (20mts)
Follow path that will lead you back to where you started at the café (700mts)
