[1] Facing the main entrance of the Peepul Centre turn left and follow the path, passing the playground on the left, all the way until the path meets Allington Street
(A) The Peepul Centre (and Sainsburys) stands on the site of Belgrave Station. This terminus opened on January 1st 1883 and closed 9th September 1962. Trains went to Peterborough and Grantham with summer specials to Skegness and Mablethorpe.
[2] Continue forward along Allington Street then take the second street on the left, Brandon Street. Continue to the end, passing the Belgrave Health Centre.
[3] Turn right onto Belgrave Road.
[4] Turn next right into Rothley Street
[5] Go straight ahead through the park entrance and turn left into Cossington Street Rec onto the path which runs parallel to Rendell Road Left hand path).
(B) Cossington Street Rec was originally allotments until 1894 when it was declared a public space for the use of local residents. There is a childrens' play area and facilities for many different types of recreational activities. It has hosted many popular events such as the Mela, Dasheera and Diwali festivals and also funfairs
[6] Continue along the path, turning right at the rear of the library and bear right, between the playground and the ball court, to continue along the path.
[7] Just before reaching the Surrey Street entrance turn right and continue along the path, to almost double back on yourself.
[8] After 50m take the left fork in the path and follow it to the end of the park, where you will join Allington Street.
[9] Continue down Allington Street to rejoin the out ward route to return to the Peepul Centre
