[1] Facing the Peepul Centre turn left following the path into the field.
(A) The Peepul Centre (and Sainsburys) stands on the site of Belgrave Station. This terminus It opened on January 1st 1883 and closed 9th September 1962. Trains went to Peterborough and Grantham with summer specials to Skegness and Mablethorpe.
[2] After a few meters, just before the playground, turn left along the path and follow it around the grey building into Donaldson Road. Follow the road round
[3] Just before reachingthe junction with Belgrave road take the second right into Purcell Road
[4] At the end turn right onto Dorset Street
[5] At the end turn left into Allington Street
[6] Then turn second right into Burfield Street
[7] Take the first left into Harrison Road
[8] Continue up Harrison Street then take the second left into Doncaster Road
[9] At the end turn left onto Melton Road
[10] Take the first left onto Cossington Street
[11] Take the first right onto Rendell Road
(B) All the houses in this area are from the late Victorian era built in the 1880s and 1890s. They were built to house those workers in the labour intensive factories producing boots and shoes, and hosiery.
[12] At the end turn left into the park and carry straight on
[13] This path will take you through the trees
[14] After a few meters and once you are through the trees, turn right onto the main path and continue forwards down Allington Street, through the park and straight on to the peepul centre.
