[1] Turn left out of Hockwell Ring Community Centre and walk towards the shopping parade.
[A] Hockwell Ring Community Centre has a cafe inside serving hot and cold refreshments.
[2] Cross the road, follow the path and cross the second road outside Tejani's Dispensing Chemist. (Caution: Busy road and bus stop. Take care when crossing).
[B] Tejani's Dispensing Chemist is an outlet for Luton's Stop Smoking Service. Enquire within.
[3] Once across the road, turn left and continue along the pedestrianised area , past the bus stop and turn right once you are past the post office onto Hockwell Ring.
[C] Hockwell Ring, The Green Bus Stop Route numbers 5 and 15 for travel into Luton.
[4] Continue along Hockwell Ring until you reach Wetherne Link.
[5] Turn right onto Wetherne Link and follow the pavement until you reach Link Surgery,
[6] Once at Link Surgery, turn left to cross the road and walk down a short cul-de-sac. Keep to the the pavement on the left side of the road and continue to the bottom, where you reach a wooden fence. (Caution:Take care when crossing the road).

[7] Follow the path to the left and then right as it turns past the wooden fence and into a small area of open space. Follow this path until you reach a junction of tarmac footpaths.
[8] At the junction of footpaths, be sure to turn right, and walk along the path with the stream on your left. (Caution: Take care reading the route description to ensure you take the correct path).
[9] Continue along this path, continuing straight on at the next junction of paths. (Caution: Beware of cyclists).
[10] Continue straight on and cross Montague Avenue. The stream should still be on your left as you continue along the path. (Caution, Take care crossing the road).
[11] Continue along this path until the wooden fence on your right, turns round to the right. Here, to follow the path left to cross the footbridge over the stream. There is a wire fence on your right. Continue until you reach a quiet road called The Hedgerow.
[12] At The Hedgerow, turn right and then right again, keeping to the pavement as you cross over the stream once again. Continue along the pavement to the right side of the roads to the junction of Vincent Road and Nappsbury Road.
[13] Continue straight on to continue the walk along Vincent Road. Walk along the pavement until you reach a mini roundabout.
[14] At the mini roundabout, turn right onto Broxley Mead. Keep to the pavement as you cross Pirton Road and Barley Lane and reach the junction with Mayne Avenue. (Caution:Take care when crossing the roads).
[15] At Mayne Avenue, turn right and walk a short distance to the dropped kerb and crossing area. Cross Mayne Road and turn right to follow the pavement back to Hockwell Ring Community Centre. (Caution:Take care when crossing the road).
