[1] Standing with your back to the Acorn Centre entrance on Blackburn Road, turn left and immediately left again and walk up Lonsdale Street. Go straight over at the mini roundabout.
[2] Walk under the railway bridge and then immediately take the next left onto the Hyndburn Greenway (A). (a tree and bush lined path). Continue straight along this path. Eventually you come to a small white building on your left and an exit off the the Greenway onto a road on your right. Take this exit.
[3] Walk up the road and then take the first left down Corporation Street.
[4] At the end, turn left onto Willows Lane.
[5] Turn left again down Dale Street. This is a long straight road, which eventually turns into Lower Antley Street.
[6] This area is under going regeneration, so be aware that road layout and street names may have changed. However this is a small area and you are never far from the Acorn Centre or Blackburn Road, in fact you can probably see both from this point. Turn right down Holland Street and then left onto Blackburn Road.
[7] Turn left and walk back along Blackburn Road to the entrance of the Acorn Centre.
