[1] Walk out of the medical centre to the the nearest road – Griffith Gate. Turn left and follow the path to the roundabout, which is signposted Griffith Gate Roundabout.
[2] Bear left at the roundabout and as you reach the first exit turn sharp left down the redway. Do not go down Claridge Drive. Continue down the redway until it meets another redway at a T junction.
[3] Turn right at the junction and walk along the path, which runs parallel to a dual carriageway. The path runs close to the busy road along here. Ignore a left hand junction and bear slightly right, then slightly left as the redway goes through an underpass.
[4] Beyond the underpass, turn right at the next redway junction and follow the redway. This section has a particularly wide grass verge separating you from the road.
[5] At the next redway junction turn right and go through the underpass. Cross a small residential road (Wingfield Grove) and continue along the redway.
[6] You will come to an elongated roundabout on Claridge Drive, and a redway junction. Turn right at this junction and continue along Claridge Drive on the redway, crossing the entrances to Wingfield Grove, Swayne Rise, Great Linch, Wrens Park, and Halswell Place.
[7] When you get to Griffith Gate Roundabout, bear right to the exit onto Griffith Gate, avoiding the sharp right turn. Follow the path along Griffith Gate. The medical centre at the start of the route will be visible in front of you.
