[1] Turn left outside the Centre and follow the path to the left around the rear of the building.
[2] Pass through the bars onto the wide path beyond and continue all the way round to the end, ignoring all of the turn offs.
[3] Turn left at the junction with Taylor Road.
[4] After a few yards cross the road using the pedestrian crossing.
[5] As you approach the roundabout, cross over Montreal Road into Kamloops Crescent and almost immediately turn right into Bushy Park.
[6] Take the footpath to the right and continue around the edge of the park, going approximately three quarters of the way around.
[7] Exit the park onto Kamloops Crescent turning right out of the park and then cross the road, turning almost immediately left onto MacKenzie Way.
[8] Turn left at the end onto Manitoba Road and then first right onto Edmonton Road.
[9] At the end turn left onto Ottowa Road and continue over Christow Street.
[10] Turn left onto Everest Court and continue to the end past the last block of flats.
[11] Take the path to the right and rejoin the path back to the Centre
