This inner city walk has a number of busy roads, please take care when crossing and walking beside them. Use pedestrian crossings where possible.
Some of the pavements and paths are uneven in places and may have cars parked on them - take care.
[1] Turn right outside the Centre onto Woodbridge Road.
[2] Cross over the road to turn left into Clarke Street and continue forward.
[3] Turn right at the end onto Lanesborough Road.
[4] At the end turn right on the service road and take the pedestrian crossing over Melton Road in the direction of Rushey Mead School. Take care when crossing Melton Road.
[5] Turn right and then left onto the path just past the road entrance to the school. continue to the end of the field.
[6] Take the continuation of the path between fence and hedge.
[7] Bear right round this path, past the bowls pavilion to the car park.
Turn sharp left her to gain access to the childrens' playground
[8] Continue forward onto Harrison Road for a short distance and then turn right into Stafford Street.
[9] Turn left at the end to cross Melton Road on the pedestrian crossing. Take extra care when crossing this busy road.
[10] Turn right and then almost immediately left onto Woodbridge Road.
[11] Continue forward to return to the Centre.
