This walk has a number of busy roads, please take care when crossing and walking beside them. Use pedestrian crossings where possible.
Some of the pavements and paths are uneven in places - take care.
[1] Turn left outside the Centre, then right onto Bewcastle Grove and then shortly turn right onto Belgrave Boulevard and continue forward to the end
[2] Turn left to cross Red Hill Way at the pedestrian crossing and continue forward on Beaumont Leys Lane to cross over at the first pedestrian crossing
[3] Turn right up Beaumont Leys Lane and after a short way turn left onto Butterwick Drive and then immediately left onto the path to Collett Road, through the houses. Follow this path to the end
[4] Turn left onto Cross Hedges Close and continue forward through the park
[5] Turn right at the path junction onto Glovers Walk and continue forward to cross Krefeld Way at the pedestrian crossing to enter Beaumont Park
(A) Beaumont Park has some very pleasant walks and some great views of Bradgate Park. There are large grassy areas and areas of woodland. A small pond and some of the areas of ancient woodland can be accessed by tracks off the main path.
[6] Turn right after about 100m onto the path and continue forward to the end
[7] Turn left onto Beaumont Leys Lane and after a short distance cross the road at the pedestrian refuge and turn right

[8] After about 100m turn left onto Holderness Drive and continue forward
[9] After about 500m turn right onto Wheatland Road and then turn left to return to the Centre
