[1] Starting from outside the centre, cross Baycliff Close onto the footpath then go right and then left onto Groby Road. Continue ahead for a short distance.
[2] Cross Groby Road at the pedestrian crossing towards the Heathley Park Pub and continue onto Heathley Park Road (Take care when crossing this very busy main road and the minor roads within the estate).
[3] Cross the car park entrance and after a short distance turn left onto Duncombe Road, with the park and play area opposite, and continue forward passing LOROS on the left.
[4] As Duncombe Road turns to the right continue forward to the end of Avington Close.
[5] At the end of the road turn right onto the gravel path to the right of the play area. Follow this along the line of the hedge round to the end.
There is a good view from here, and you may see sheep in a field.
[6] Turn right through a car parking area onto Bestwood Close and then turn left to follow the road to its end.
[7] Go left onto Duncombe Road then left again onto Heathley Park Drive and continue forward to Groby Road.
[8] Cross Groby Road at the pedestrian crossing by the Heathley Park, turn left to walk down Groby Road and return to Baycliff Close.
