(A) New Parks has quite a bit in common with Paris! The tree lined boulevard which makes up much of New Parks Way is a common feature of the Paris urban landscape. The Parisian boulevards pre-date New Parks Boulevard by over 200 years being constructed from the times of Louis XIII in the late-17th century. The Parisians enjoy their boulevards for strolling and enjoying the fresh air. Just as we are doing today!
