Getting there

Both the 7 and 38 bus pass the centre and stop in Dunstable Road.

There is limited unrestricted parking in the service road parallel to Dunstable Road.

Description

[1] Turn left out of the Community Centre and walk the short distance to the traffic lights.

[2] Turn right, cross Dunstable Road using the pedestrian crossing. Turn left after the crossing and immediately right into Humberstone Road. Follow the right hand path to the roundabout.

(A) Fine mature sycamore trees on either side of Humberstone Road.

[3] Turn sharp right at the roundabout into Oakley Road and follow the right hand path to the end - another wide road lined by mature trees.

[4] Oakley Road takes you back to the Dunstable Road. Turn right when you reach the roundabout and follow the footpath back to the pedestrian crossing - you will see the Community Centre on the other side of the carriageway.

[5] When you reach the crossing ,cross the Dunstable Road using the pedestrian crossing. On the other side, cross the service road, turn left and follow the path back to the Community Centre.
