A circular urban walk around a large open level field.
[1] Leave Broadwater Farm Community Centre and turn right and through the gate to the Rec. Follow the footpath past the Spinney (trees) on the left and Harmony Gardens on the right.
[2] Take the path to the right between the caged Multi-use games area on the right and the Freestyle area in front of the Shell Theatre on the left.
[3] Turn right into the path around the main field and walk along past the playing field on the right. Turn left at the corner up to the main entrance to the Rec from Lordship Lane.
[4] Continue past the main gate along the path with the meadow grass on the left to the next 'corner'. Keep left along the path. Shortly you will pass a gate from Walpole Road. When you reach 'Moselle Gate' on the right turn left into the path alongside the line of large trees. Soon the lake can be seen through the trees on your right.
[5] Continue on the same path around the main field. At the junction of the two paths turn left towards the back of the Shell Theatre.
[6] Keep to the path on your right away from the theatre. The BMX track and adventure play area are on your right. Keep right into the same wide path you came in on.
[7] At the road turn left and return to the Community Centre which you can see ahead.
